Orders and Returns Process
You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED myJET kits for a full refund within 14 business days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your credit card or bank once it has been thoroughly inspected by our customer service department. Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days. Juice pod packs made for the myJET are considered final sale because of safety reasons.
Returns that do not qualify for a full refund will be shipped back at the buyer’s cost, or will be disposed if no response if given to myJET customer service. If a myJET order qualified for free shipping, but is returned to us, you, the buyer, will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with delivery and will be charged to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account.
To protect all buyers’ health we DO NOT restock or refund juice pods, whether they are open or not. If juice pods come damages upon arrival, you have 5 business days to contact myJET for a replacement for the damaged pods. You may be asked to provide proof of damage and may be asked to return the damage juice pods. Each case will vary. Return Instructions:1. Contact email@example.com for an authorization request.2. Receive an authorized RMA# from customer service.3. Properly package your products to protect them from damage during transportation. Any improper packaging that results in device damage will be the sole responsibility of the sender.
