Where can I purchase myJET device, e-juice pods, and accessories?
To purchase any myJET device, e-juice, pods, and accessories with or without nicotine, you must be at least 18 years or older or 21 years or older in some states. I pre-ordered myJET and it hasn’t arrived yet. Is it still being shipped or should I cancel my order?
Currently we are overwhelmed with the amount of orders coming in and are working hard to process orders as we go. Please allow some time for manufacturing and processing time.
Why is my order status still says processing?
Normally, it can take up to 5-7 business days to prepare, pack, and ship your order. During national holidays and company holidays, or when supply is in high demand, your order processing time may take longer than usual due to traffic or incoming orders. If you feel that your order processing time is taking longer than usual, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
Why was my order cancelled?
Due to heavy regulations with credit cards and banks, we must follow all verification purposes to prevent fraud purchases and or shipping and billing mistakes for both merchant, buyer, and creditor. If you feel that your order was cancelled by mistake or you feel that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve your issue.
I want to cancel my order. What must I do in order to get my money back?
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify customer service within 24 hours of purchase by e-mail or by phone in order to stop our order from further processing. If you try to cancel your order after 24 hours, we may not cancel it because it has either been shipped or is with the courier. Any orders that have been out of “processing” status and has been moved to “shipped” status cannot be cancelled and if you would like to receive money back for your order, your order now must go through our 14-day limited return policy. What is your return policy? What are the restrictions?
You have a full 14 days from the date of delivery, which can be found using the tracking number provided to you during the order process. If your myJET device is UNOPENED and UNUSED, you can return your device at your own cost. We will not reimburse you to return your device(s) to us, and if the device comes damaged during transit or is not shipped with insurance, we will not be responsible for crediting your credit card, bank account, or PayPal account as it is your sole responsibility to ensure safe transit and insurance for your returned items.
You cannot return items that are used and are open. You cannot return e-juice pods, whether they are unused or unopened because we cannot we restock them for resale. You cannot return anything that has been deemed tampered or modified or intentionally damaged.
My delivery service damaged my device or my device wasn’t working when I got it. What do I do?
If your device was damaged upon arrival, or not working upon arrival, immediately contact customer service within 7 days when the device was delivered otherwise any funds used to purchased the device will be considered forfeited.
Can I use other liquids inside the pods?
We recommend only using the specially formulated juices crafted by our hand-selected juice brands available on our website. We DO NOT recommend using oil, or any other substances that may clog or cause fire to the device. Please use at your own risk. myJET, myVapors, and Wismec are not legally liable for the misuse of the myJET device in any way, shape, or form.
